難得週末下午可以偷閑,完了上午畫班還有幾小時才有自助畫畫的預約,何不先溜走回家準備一下晚餐呢? 先把西施骨出水,浸好南北杏和蜜棗,將七八個紅蘿蔔切段,一打蕃茄去皮;大煲湯滾呀滾,再把菜心摘好了然後泡水。蘿蔔頭尾蕃茄皮菜心葉這類餘廚就不要浪費,jiji和大力兩位素食愛好者在午後陽光下享用美食,好像特別吸收各種維他命,三兩下便吃清光。 而我那煲八人份量的湯正滾得熱烘烘,偷偷試味一下…嘩!好味濃啊!
